Regional Head - Premier Wealth - NBFC

A Leading NBFC is seeking candidates to grow and expand its Wealth Management business out of its office at Bangalore.

Role : Regional Head - Premier Wealth

Reporting to : Zonal Head (South)

Location : Bangalore

Principal Accountabilities :

- To undertake periodic sales forecast, execute sales strategies & budgets, employ resources & coach teams to achieve them

- To envisage future business growth, devise a regional marketing strategy & allocate branch & product targets

- To map the target HNI clients in the region & establish relationships with them to maintain the pipeline funnel

- To establish the company brand in the region by executing marketing & brand differentiation campaigns

- To review the customer profiles & the financial analysis / investment advice provided by various RMs

- To constantly motivate and develop the sales teams to garner business growth

- To develop schemes & prioritize sales of products

Desired Skills and Experience :

- MBA/CA

- 6 - 12 years of Wealth Management experience in either Banks/ NBFCs having strong relationships with HNI clients.
