- Responsible for complete P&L of the region, with sales and profitability milestones
- Take complete ownership of the operations of present & new projects
- Scout for new business opportunities, close and execute it.
- Visit existing and new clients to understand operations improvement and additions
- Work closely with finance team to manage customer billing and vendor payments
- Work with analytics team to get the continuous improvement in the projects
- Maintain data for expenditure and share the periodic details with Accounts
- Maintain project wise ops details
- Look after billing for clients in the city and take responsibility for timely receipt
- Hire, Mentor & Manage team of key account managers / Ops Manager and supervisors
- Onboard & Manage vendors for all projects
- Innovate process to add more value to customers and optimize internal cost
- Competencies Requirements:
- Master's Degree from recognized university will be preferred
- At least 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics sales and operations
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Willing to travel
- Excellent people management & interpersonal skills to interact with customers, staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams
