Key responsibilities -

- Should have minimum 6 -10 years of proven experience in managing the Region / Branch and accountable for Profit and Loss for the region.

- Accomplishment of Targets through Account Management and New business acquisitions.

- Leading and coaching a team for their individual and organizational growth and ensure service delivery through team as per TAT and agreement.

- Responsible for Productivity of Individual, team & performance. Regular analysis on the performance of team members and sharing the feedback.

- Responsible for Team Retention & Motivation.

- Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.

- Responsible for Career Planning and training and development of team members and ensure the branch is a great place to work.

- To ensure business induction to all new joiners.

- Ensuring weekly business development is made by the team and self. Responsible for conducting weekly interaction with the Client and with hiring team to handle the hiring demand and also strategizing the futuristic hiring need and create funnel for fulfilment

- Responsible for the branch hygiene.

- Should have experience in doing the Market Research and developing and presenting market landscape and progress reports to the leadership team as and when it is required.

- Stay abreast of competition in the market and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
