JOB DESCRIPTION-
- The Person will be responsible for handling a team of zonal Managers, TM, Product Managers etc and would be handling three major states Maharashtra, AP and Tamil Nadu region for Pesticides Sales and Business Development. He would be responsible for a revenue size of 150cr P.A.
PROFILE-
- Should have Sales & Marketing exposure in Pesticides .
- The candidate should be handling a business size of not less than 100 cr.
- The candidate should have had exposure in Southern part of India.
- Capable of Managing a region as a profit centre head.
- Adept at creating new markets and selling concept products
- Proficiency in Outstanding collection and liquidation
- Self Driven
- Good Leadership, Communication and Negotiation skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Accountable for Sales of the Region.
- Achievement of the Budget allotted
- Credit Control / Debtor Management
- Manpower Management
- Accountable for sales and sales promotional activities
- Liaison with competitors / dealers / institutions / Dept.
