Position - Regional Head -North/South

Reporting Position:- Head NBFC Lending

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets. Decide and implement region specific innovative strategies to meet business targets

2. Creating a strong & compliant business culture to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.

3. Managing and supporting the effective deployment of team of business/credit professionals with respect to the geographical area, exploring new markets/segments and ensure business in most profitable manner.

4. Identifying the need of training, analyzing changing market trends, channel deployment etc.

6. Recruiting and Retaining high performers.

7. Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction.

8. Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations

9. Responsible for the quality of portfolio.

10. Responsible for managing Banking relationship of the clients sand generating revenues by managing banking relationship with clients.

11. Responsible for cross selling and up selling the liability products wherever applicable through CMS, Salary A/C to contribute towards CASA of the Bank.

Required Experience

1. Relevant business experience in managing NBFC/ Institutional Lending.

2. Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.

3. Excellent communication skills.
