- To formulate and propose various Marketing strategies in accordance to the business plan.

- To plan and manage marketing team, Marketing budget and strategies to deploy as per business goals.

- To plan various phase wise activities as per strategic plans

- To manage all vital channels including Corporate, TPA relationships

- To manage corporate collection strategies and implementation.

- To execute the various activities planned as per the phase wise Marketing plans for example, CMEs, Workshops Camps, Patient Education Program and Life - Style Management Program Etc

- To carry out Research activity related to marketing plan evolved.

- To explore newer geographical area new markets, for customer target for hospital.

- To explore new product feasibility for business plan.

- Responsible for all promotional activities and review Branding requirement and coordinate with agencies.

- Monthly detailed reporting of the activity to the management

- Competitor tracking

- Market Intelligence

- Responsible for market activation and events.

Skills, Knowledge & Competencies :

Qualification and Experience : MBA/ PG Diploma in Marketing + 10 -15 years of Experience
