Regional Head - Loan Products

Job Description

We are looking for experienced candidates who can manage a team and take ownership of his assigned region. The individual is expected to be target oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks, dynamic, flexible and should have ability to motivate and coordinate a team.

The candidate will be responsible to manage a dynamic team to generate business for loans and build a quality portfolio. The person should have the ability to identify the needs of changing market trends and inform product and reporting managers and Zonal Heads about the issues and possible solutions to help grow the business.

Job Responsibilities:

- The incumbent will be responsible to manage dynamic State Heads and Territory Managers to generate business for Loans and build a quality portfolio.

- The incumbent should have experience of handling of Channel Partners and DST for managing business.

- Extensive knowledge of loan products, operations, and current market trends will be added advantage.

- The incumbent should have good networking and relationship building and new channel and business development skills.

- The incumbent have to be target oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks.

- The incumbent should be dynamic, flexible and should have ability to motivate a team.

- Incumbent will need to identify the needs of changing market trends and inform product and reporting managers and regional heads about the issues and possible solutions to help grow the business and improve penetration and market share.
