- Deliver the new hire orientation and new employee assimilation programs to ensure seamless joining experience for employees
- Ensure timely completion of mandatory, regulatory & compliance trainings and monitoring of the training compliance
- Ensure all learning activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies, employment and equality laws.
- Use creative and innovative ways of learning and ensure high learning effectiveness outcomes
- Prepare training calendar based on the employee development plan (EDP) and ensure timely publishing and adherence to the training calendar
- End to end management of pre and post program logistics
- Collate the training data related to trainer and program satisfaction scores to give feedback for improvement
- Co-ordinate with external training and accreditation bodies, agencies and providers necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards
- Manage L&D Partners and vendor relationships with constant focus on driving efficiencies
- Ensure timely settlement of program related bills and expenses of service providers, content providers, external trainers and vendors
- Maintain and upkeep the Learning & Development infrastructure and assets
- Support central team in ensuring governance and compliance in L&D function
- Coordinate with central team for implementation of L&D initiatives/projects
Expertise required/Domain Knowledge:
- Experience in classroom training delivery
- Knowledge of learning methodologies including E-learning
- Industry: Non-Banking Financial Services (NBFC) - Lending / Loans
