Regional Head - International Sales - Auto OEM

We are having an urgent opportunity with Leading Auto OEM for International Sales Position. We are looking for BE/ B.Tech candidate with atleast 15 yrs of experience in OEM vehicle sales with International Exposure.

Designation : Regional Head Asia - Sales

Job Purpose / Role:

Provide strategic direction, lead region operations, provide guidance and monitor business with respect to sales, marketing, service, spares, financial, legal and channel management to meet objectives of - strong presence in the entire region

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning

- Develop Mid Term growth strategy for the region

- Conduct annual business planning for all markets including P&L

- Drive implementation of plans for business growth in each country

- New Business Development

- Identify key growth opportunities (new countries, new products, new partners) in the region

- Business Partner Management

- Point of escalation for all business partners in the region

- Drive assessment of Dealer satisfaction

- Relationship Management

- Liaison and networking with government local agencies & associations

- Coordination with team from time to time for achievement of desired goal across the region

- Team Management

- Conduct goal setting and performance review for the country teams

- Drive team development & engagement
