Regional Head - Insurance

- Responsible for multiple branches operations, support in building capacity,

- Ensuring the training requirements for all SMs and agents are being met.

The incumbent should also :

- Support the leadership team in the region in driving key initiatives and growth.

Skill, knowledge & Qualification :

- UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialisation ; PG - MBA - Preferred

- Experience of handling multiple branch operations or a big branch operation.

- Candidate should have 5-7 years experience in the life insurance industry

- Must have at least 3-5 years in a Senior role (for e.g., Sr. BM position in other Life companies)
