Role overview Drive business growth for the client in the Institutional segment PAN India, with healthy contribution margins and ensure best in class customer experience by owning NPS. Custodian of performance, strategy and alignment of all revenue operations including Business Development and Key Account Management. Responsibilities - Develop the growth strategy and implementation plan to achieve the top line target in the Institutional segment. - Ensure healthy contribution margins are achieved as per plan - Create an outreach plan (GTM) for all Chains and Institutions - Drive new Institutional School acquisition numbers as per plan - Grow revenue from existing schools through upselling and increasing the number of students through cohesive relationship management (KAM) - Drive initiatives to ensure high engagement and customer retention Requirements: - Strong EQ and ability to hold mature conversations with seasoned business Leaders - 10-20 years of overall experience - Edtech experience in the sales - Only for the candidates who are located in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu
