Qualification :

- Minimum Qualification - MBA from premier Institute / CFA / CA etc.

- Should have qualified NISM Series V- A

Experience : Strong background of experience in sale of Financial Products & strong understanding of Debt Markets.

Job Purpose :

- Responsible and accountable for Sales and Business Development strategies and execution of the same for the Region in line with the broader corporate directives.

- Develop relationships and manage the existing ones with partners (Institutions) for investment in Company's various products.

- Responsible for increasing sales (AUM) and SOW of region through Institutional clients of the assigned Region as per targets in addition to coordinating, managing and monitoring activities in the assigned Region.

Key Responsibility Areas :

- Ensure Growth, Expenses & Profitability parameters of the Channel are executed on.

- Coordinating with Institutional clients & distributors in the assigned region to devise strategies and operational issues for augmenting sales and increasing AUM.

- Ensuring that the Channel Members in the region meet their sales target individually as well as show measurable increase in SOW from clients assigned. To also achieve all sales targets as defined in terms of quantity and quality of funds.

- Facilitating sales and marketing efforts of Channel Members in the assigned region and coordinating with the respective departments / personnel.

- Liasoning with the Department of Funds Management, Products, Operations and Registrars and devising ways to provide value added services to the partner.

- Monitoring and analyzing the efforts and performance of Channels in the assigned region with respect to their sales effort, target achievement and managing customers & distributors relationships (in co-ordination with the relationship Managers)

- Understands operations and business model of Institutions.

- Linkages to Regional stakeholders who influence sales.

- Deliver high standards of service and maintain high levels of operational integrity.

- Ensure compliance, operational risk controls in accordance with Company or regulatory standards and policies.

- Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the Company brand.

- Demonstrates leadership and takes active interest in the development of the team.

- Ensuring majority of PANs assigned to channel in the region are active

- Minimum 5yrs of Experience in managing relationships to garner business within & outside with Institutional Clients (Listed & Non Listed Entities with a turnover of INR 500 Cr. & Above, Bank treasuries, Insurance Company Investments, Existing Corporate Active clients, Large corporates currently part of SME Group, Institutional Distributors etc.
