We are looking for a Regional Head who will enable effective coverage of Wholesale Clients ranging from Large corporates, Mid & Small Corporates, Family offices to increase the net sales in the business. The person will also cover Institutional and Pvt. Banking Distributors.
- Responsible to manage and increase business across all the segments mentioned
- Develop Customer focus and competitiveness
- Actively role model the compliance mindset
- Upsell our products to all category of investors
- Develop & deliver the sales plan, strategy & profitability specific for the region
- Monitor, analyze and evaluate local market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify opportunities
Financial Security Responsibilities
- As the position bearing the primary responsibility for ensuring adequate client/intermediary due diligence and exercising constant vigilance over the business relationship-
- Ensure that the KYC process is carried out in a complete and timely manner so that all KYC files that the Company is responsible for are always maintained up to date
- Contribute to the information and documentation collection and updating as well as to the provision of qualitative analysis, including materiality of adverse information, which is necessary for the Company to eventually decide on the client onboarding or recertification
- Fulfill other responsibilities as set forth in the applicable KYC/ KYI policy
- Review the files, validate the onboarding/ recertification decision, and chair CARC when required
Mandatory: NISM certification
Preferable: Management Graduate (MBA or equivalent)
