Requirements
1. 7+ years work experience as an Inside sales manager in a high intensity B2B sales environment
2. Experience of selling B2B ed-tech products or CRM to schools will be a big plus.
3. MBA ideally but not necessary for a good candidate
4. Extensive experience in achieving inside sales targets, and administration of an inside sales process
5. Hands-on experience with CRM software and Office use is mandatory for self and also driving adoption, and discipline with large teams
6. Excellent interpersonal and team management skills besides numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
7. A salesperson with exceptional communication, persuasion & negotiation skills (both verbal & written).
8. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask besides strong analytical and organizational skills
