About our Client - Our client is one of the leading FMCG companies in the world with an impressive portfolio of products. They are widely considered to be pioneers in the space, and have been growing at an exponential rate in different geographies across the world. They are currently looking to recruit a Regional Head - Indirect Procurement (Marketing Products), based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.

Job Description : Reporting to the Global Head, you will be responsible for

- Creating and implementing a comprehensive regional sourcing/procurement strategy for the assigned category

- Liaising with global sourcing and procurement teams to ensure that best practices are transferred globally

- Delivering regional benefits through effective strategy execution aligned to matters of quality, cost, service etc

- Developing relationship with external vendors and suppliers to drive value for the organization

- Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and align it with the procurement strategy

The Successful Candidate :

- You will be a post graduate with around 15 years of experience in sourcing and procurement roles.

- Prior experience of having worked in the field of Indirect Procurement and in a global/regional role is a must.

- Further, the experience of managing the procurement of marketing, media, and IT spends is also required.

- The client is looking for someone with excellent communication/interpersonal skills, and the ability of liaising with global stakeholders.
