Role specs:
As a Regional / Zonal Head within the Commercial Banking Group ; the role involves overseeing team of RMs and getting closely involved in :
- New client sourcing and vetting them thru the RMs
- Deal structuring and negotiating commercials
- Mentor RMs and guide them on deal proposal
- Cross selling of various products to increase wallet share
- Driving the top line and bottom line of the team
- Regular monitoring of portfolio, ensuring compliances, monitoring documentation, risk triggers
Candidate specs :
- Should be in a similar role with a bank
- Well versed with products like Limits / Term Loans / Securitisation / CASA among others
- Should have successfully managed a team
