Regional Head - IFA Channel

Key Responsibilities:

1) Acquire new IFA and service existing IFA to achieve set revenue targets.

2) Ensure all the paperwork for the IFA acquired is done including (Agreement signing and compliance formalities)

3) Visiting to the IFA mapped at a pre-defined frequency and ensure that he is activated

4) Driving all the Non-broking products through IFA mapped or acquired

5) Ensure all the payouts and other queries of the IFA are addressed.

6) Ensuring all the compliance is being followed by IFA proposed by the Compliance team

7) Conduct training events for IFA and its employees to help the IFA to go out and acquire more customers and increase its business.

8) To continuously provide feedback on competitive activities and track market development

9) Help IFA to conduct investor meets in his location.

10) Regularly planned visits need to be done at the IFA location.

11) The team needs to be recruited at the mapped location.

12) Ensuring all the team members and self-target are being achieved monthly.
