Reporting into the BU Head for West:
- Accountable for all HR deliverables in the respective region.
- Talent acquisition for all Key positions as per cycle time.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and respect through implementation of Company standards and guidelines working with the team
- Acts as a collaborative change agent and operational lead during acquisitions, expansions, contractions and reorganizations. Deals with unique situations requiring specialized knowledge
- HR operations - Employee life cycle management of On-boarding, Induction Confirmation, Exit management.
- Performance Appraisal process - KRA's and Evaluation for employees.
- Appointment, engagement and review of Business Associate (Manpower Contractor) for supplying of Contract manpower as per the business needs
- Ensure all labour law compliances both for and audit for the Business Associate.
- Implementation of Learning & Development and engagement initiatives as per plan.
- Relationship building with the Customer for effective operations delivery and ensure the Service level agreements (SLA- s).
- Regular review with - Location Head and team for HR support.
- Devise strategy and deployment of Contractual workforce
- Understand and anticipate political environment and mitigations plans for various operations
- Develop and practice proactive Industrial Relations both internal and external environment.
As a successful candidate:
- Should have a good mix of Industrial Relations + HR Generalist Experience
- Strong Labor Laws and Compliance knowledge
- Should be fluent in Marathi
- Should be a team worker
- Should have managed a team in the past
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills
