Regional Head- HR

- Primarily Handling recruitment of Delhi, Rajasthan, Himachal , UP and Punjab ensuring all manpower requirements are met within prescribed timelines

- Managing a team of 3-4 people

- Taking care of other HR activities in the region including appraisals, employee engagement, employee database management

- Conducting regular drives across region to close positions

- Manpower planning and head count for the region and filling gaps

- Maintaining talent pool and work towards talent management coordination with HO for getting the manpower budget and reporting execution from time to time

- Must ensure good usage of all hiring platforms and means to source best talent through team
