Position : Regional Head HR

Location : Pune

MBA from premiere institutes only 2010/2011/2012

- Role is to handle Regional Corporate HR

- Talent Management, Business Restructuring, Compensation & Benefits, PMS, Recruitment and Strategic HR Role.

- HR business partnering role

- Talent acquisition and talent management strategy,

- Training and OD, PMS, Rewards, HR operations, change management, support various other HR initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Self-starter with high energy and a strong results orientation.

- Good problem solving and analytical skills, strong process mind set/oriented

- Demonstrated ability to positively influence others and the ability to drive results in a highly matrixed organization.

- Strong written/verbal communication, coaching and influential skills.

- Experience in organization design and communicating change preferred.
