Opportunity with a leading QSR Industry based in Gurgaon.

Job purpose:

- RHR will be responsible for design & execution of strong organization structure, career architecture, role descriptions and employee engagement initiatives

Principle accountability : 

- Collaborating with compensation practices to remain competitive in the job market to attract and retain high talent maintaining 60% to 70% benchmark

- Acting as a part of leading complex set-up, management and dissolution of different entities of the companies and managed the same

- Analyzing the type of PMS required and forming policies accordingly

- Effectuating performance management system

- Managing appraisal process across the levels linked to reward management and career growth

- Designing the appraisal formats for the employees

- Formulating the increment list for the year of the Head Office, also the units

- Undertaking performance appraisal for managers and other work levels

- Leading payroll processing function involving computation of salaries, attendance, leave, fixed & variable entitlements, deductions for loans and F&F settlements

- Developing & maintaining documentation, pay-slips for all payroll related activities and attaining approvals on consolidated salary advice

- Preparing monthly payroll employees, calculating overtime, creating codes for new employees, updating personal details, salary details and passport details of the employees

- Making final settlement, change of status forms and processing leaves

- Ensuring the prompt resolution of employee grievances & maintaining cordial employee relations

- Engaging in project based and structuring high involvement hiring process by monitoring for effective and efficient hiring, ensuring optimizing costs

- Collaborating with all department heads for manpower planning, recruitment, induction & ensuring cultural fit

- Implementing new recruitment/selection policies as per staffing projections

- Assessing & interacting with sourcing agents, direct clients and vendors for requirements and resources beneficial to business financials

- Administering Management Training Program.

- Conceptualizing training & development initiatives for improving employee productivity, building capability and quality enhancement

- Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for different roles and analysis of the existing level of competencies

- Extending support and managing a building/infrastructure with all the facilities including, transportation outsourced canteen

- Framing & implementing HR Policies, Processes and Systems for excellence, deployed practices in line with rewards and recognition, communications

- Having at least a basic knowledge of labour law

- Experience in supporting the business in New Stores launch

- Being detail-oriented
