Client Details

Our client is a global leader in high end technology space with presence in countries like Asia, Middle East, Africa etc. They are currently transforming rapidly along with the change in mobile landscape and looking to undergo a massive expansion in their portfolio of products solutions and services to serve mobile service providers across the globe. They are thus looking to hire the Regional HR Head based out of Bangalore

Job Description

Reporting into the Head HR, you will be responsible for:

- Define the people & culture DNA and be a prime driver in scripting the vision and value system of the company

- You will work closely with the business teams to provide the core HR processes including recruitment, compensation, talent management, learning and development, talent management

- Lead the HR function on regional front and be key member of the leadership team. You will work closely with key stake holders in developing the HR team ensuring that human resource goals are aligned with the business goals and global HR initiatives/ programmes within the set HR budgets

- Focus on leadership development and work closely with the management team in building a strong culture

- Also, there is a possibility of heading up to 2 large sub functions within HR based on individual's aspirations and capability

- Plan, direct, and coordinate Human Resource Management activities of the organisation to maximise the strategic use of human resources

Profile

As a successful candidate you should have:

- 12-15 years of experience in HR as a strong leader while driving the key strategic interventions

- Excellent experience in defining and building culture and value system is mandatory since 60 % focus for the role will be on people and culture

- Team handling experience is a must

- Ownership of work is a must

- Should be a great boss and strong in people management Strong acumen of numbers
