Regional Head - Human Resource - FMCG/Pharma

The Regional HR Head (India) is a HR leader for the India region of a global market leading multinational organization.

The role entails leading the India HR organization which cuts across R&D, Supply Chain & Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing and Global Shared services, with an overall team size in the range of about 700 members across all groups.

The chosen individual will have a strong background leading the HR function and all its constituents including Business Partnering, C&B, Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations.

The individual must be a seasoned, strategic leader having experience of working in global multi stakeholder environments.

He or she must possess strong capability across Leadership and Talent Development and must ideally have a good blend of experience across both Processing industries (FMCG, Pharma et al) and the outsourcing and shared services sector to straddles both elements of the business.
