Here's what you'll be handling as part of your job responsibilities: 1. Top Line Responsibility - Responsible for the top line of the entire region - Coordinate with the Centre Managers, Clinical Heads, Sales Head and Marketing head for the achievement of the topline - Responsible for the Target No of Cycles and the Revenue 2. Team Management - Responsible for the administration, direction and coordination of assigned activities for the purpose of attaining patient satisfaction. - Conduct daily huddles, meetings with team members/assistants to discuss operating problems, organization, budgetary matters, personnel matters, technical problems, and provide necessary solution to issues. - Supervise immediate subordinates in their performance of assigned responsibilities, providing advice, assistance and guidance as necessary. - Handles disciplinary problems of assigned staff. - Train, develop and motivate team member for a consistent performance. - Regular communication and information to team members of relevant business issues and their impact on the organization. - Develop and ensure the implementation of staff training and development programs which provide opportunities for individual employee growth, continuity of work flow during employee absence, and long range development of team members. - Ensure that the quality of work performed by subordinates/supervisors meets the Quality standards. - Resolve problems, mediate conflicts encountered during daily operations, determine appropriate solutions, and promote teamwork. - Conduct performance appraisals, maintain time and attendance records. 3. Financial Responsibilities - Management of Nonclinical services. Designing and implementation of overall business strategy for running these Centers - Dues and Discount management - Treatment allocation analysis - MIS - Report analysis - Improving the revenue; lower costs while meeting standards, eliminate wastage and thus ensure better profitability for the Centres - Propose pricing for packages as per the local market requirement, and make changes in pricing decisions in conjunction with COO - Inventory Management, wastage elimination by effective analysis and cost control. - Overseeing effective collection and analysis of Customer Feedback. 4. Process Responsibilities - Set up of sturdy work flow shift-wise for all Centers to improve work processes and efficiency. - Liaise with Centre managers to reduce turnaround time and waiting time - To ensure that the Centre has safety standards/ protocols are strictly adhered to in areas under direct responsibility, viz., lab and customer care. Knowledge Requirement - Extensive knowledge of hospital operations. - Knowledge of the principles and techniques of administrative management, including organization, planning, staffing, training, budgeting, and reporting. 6. Abilities Requirement - To plan, direct, and coordinate program and administrative activities of a hospital and/or center. - To instruct, direct, and evaluate employees. - To delegate assignments, authority, and responsibility, to determine where a task can most appropriately be accomplished, and to establish management controls for follow-up. - To formulate policies and procedures for smooth functioning of operations. - To appropriately allocate available resources. - To analyze and appraise facts and precedents in making administrative decisions. - Ability to establish effective working relationships with professional, technical, management and clerical staff. - Ability to remain calm & composed under pressure/crisis conditions. 7. Skills Requirement - Excellent written, verbal communication skills & presentation. - Excellent organizing skills. - Excellent Problem solving. - Computer skills with experience of using MS office (word, excel, ppt, outlook etc). - Proactive, Multi tasking & analytical. - Interpersonal skills. 8.
