- B2B Sales: Develop and implement strategies to drive B2B sales, targeting businesses and organizations as potential clients for our brokerage services.
- Franchise Acquisition: Identify, approach, and acquire Authorized Persons (APs) to expand our brokerage network, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and compliance requirements.
- New Brokerage Sales: Generate new brokerage sales opportunities by identifying and prospecting potential clients, showcasing our services, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Selling Third-Party Products: Collaborate with APs to sell third-party financial products, leveraging their networks and expertise to maximize sales and cross-selling opportunities.
- Sub-Broker Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing sub-brokers, providing support, training, and guidance to enhance their performance and foster loyalty.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including APs, sub-brokers, and B2B clients, through regular communication, networking, and providing exceptional service.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities, adapt strategies, and maintain a competitive edge.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights to senior management.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, company policies, and industry best practices, mitigating risks and promoting a culture of compliance within the team.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to align sales strategies, share market insights, and drive overall business success.
Experience
12-14 years (at least 3-4 years in a people management role)
Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
