Job Description

Reporting to the COO, this person will be responsible for:

- Devising complete strategy

- Understanding the different laws when it comes to planning

- Benchmarking with competitor's product line

- Understanding the external conditions while planning

- Executing the devised plans within a stipulated time frame

- Handling end to end operational drive

- Managing key stakeholders

- Liasoning with different vendors

- Driving the complete business and taking accountability

- Interpreting data and deducing outcomes according to that

- Managing the P&L for the city (Primary focus: Supply and Demand in the region)

- Growing revenues and customer base in the city

- Managing deployment and quality of employees in the city

- Executing local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns

- Identifying and building strategic alliances with enterprise customers

Profile

You should be a 2001-20011 MBA from a top tier B school with a Regional Sales experience and some marketing experience as well in FMCG. An ideal candidate should be a team player and passionate about driving the business. S(He) should have good analytical skills and most importantly one should be result oriented. Tier 2 and Tier 3 B School candidates will not be considered by the client.
