Regional Head - FMCG

Looking for a Regional Manager for Middle east Market for a leading FMCG Company.

Please note - Only Indian Candidates are preferred for this role

Responsibilities :

- The position is responsible for driving business for all GCC countries

- Manage Sales ATL/BTL spend as per agreed budget

- Managing Secondary sales of all distributors

- New initiatives and total cost management of operation for his region as per company guideline.

Pre requisites :

- Leadership quality

- Excellent analytical skill

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills

- Job requires extensive traveling

Experience :

- Min 10 to 15 years of experience in ONLY FMCG non-food category with 5 years in similar position in the Middle east / Gulf / GCC countries.

- Knowledge of local culture, language and people is an added advantage.
