Regional Head - FinTech/Online Payment Systems

We have been retained by an online payment systems organization:

They want to have people who are passionate about payments and wish to be a part of a team of people who wish to make an ubiquitous way to make payments.

The prime focus of this role will be to take the responsibilities around:

1. Establish and manage a network of distributors and retailers in the given territory

2. Create/expand and lead a team of Channel Partners.

3. Own very aggressive targets for expanding the network, customer acquisition, transaction value and revenue from services new to the market.

4. Ensure consistent beat of internal and external sales staff and consistent performance by the channel.

5. Manage relationship with local vendors and partner Bank's local branches. Be responsible for profit and loss from the assigned territory. In the evaluation process,

- Retail sales - Knack of engaging with customers - akin to relationship management - Ability to handle scale of transactions - Experience of handling. Experience in a B2C sales is a strong advantage.
