- The position will be responsible for management and effective functioning of at least 3-4 clusters.
- The individual would be responsible for acquisition of new clients, meeting the financial plan and adherence to the defined set of control, compliance and regulatory guidelines.
- Responsible for team management, the individual must ensure a cohesive environment and maintaining the right culture within the branches. Would be also responsible for initiating and successful delivery of micro events to on-board new clients and fasten the pace of growth towards it.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for generating business for various banking products like Savings & Current Accounts, Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, Shares etc.
- Taking various initiatives for increasing customer penetration for sales.
- Managing customer centric banking operations, forwarding customer instructions to the concerned department & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
- Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.
- Responsible for managing and growing the retail banking business within a cluster.
- Responsible for sales management and revenue generation within cluster.
- Provide quality leadership, encouragement, and guidance to all assigned personnel, while ensuring that clients receive superior client service quality.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the bank.
