Job Description :

1. General Information

Position Title: Regional Distribution Head - West & South

Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer - Distribution

Department: Paper & Chemical Marketing

Job Location : Mumbai

2. Organization Chart

3. Key Accountabilities

a. Planning

- Contribute to the development of overall market development plan by providing inputs and information for allotted domestic market

- Driving a team size in West & South

b. Product & Portfolio

- Paper & Chemical Marketing

- 200Cr revenue base

c. Expansion

- Contribute to overall market expansion, adding new customers, catering to the overall domestic market for West & South

- Exposure & Working experience in various locations in India

- Driving inventory & stock to optimal

d. Product Development

- Aid the product development team in terms of inputs around new product development

- Working closely with the in- house category team

e. Continuous Improvement

- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices

- Guiding marketing team pertaining to product insights & competition

- Driving existing set of distributors & guiding adding more distributors ( need-based )

f. Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures

- Follow the end to end to inventory process

- Strict adherence to distributor policy for West & South region

4. Qualifications and Experience

a. Essential

- Bachelor's degree (full time) / PG Diploma (2 years full time) or Master's degree (full time) in Business Administration / Management

- 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in marketing, sales & business development, operations, category management

- A frequency of travel will be business based

b. Preferred

- Experience in a marketing / Sales/Business operations in a private organization and/or multinational corporation

- Bachelor's degree (full time) / PG Diploma (2 years full time) or Master's degree (full time) in Business Administration / Management from any of the institutes

- Good Exposure of Sales & Marketing, business & inventory operations in India

5. Knowledge and Other Skill

- End to End knowledge on marketing, business operations & category management background from Fashion/Textile/Home Textile industry

- Excellent knowledge of Textile market insights

- Strong domestic sales & marketing background

- Strong product knowledge including chemical & paper products
