Regional Head - Digital Media Sales & Branded Content Partnership

1. Understand partner requirements and identify the cross section between rich content, corporate communication and social impact

2. Able to approach sales in a consultative way and create social value simultaneously

3. Handle the regional revenue target and lead a team of sales people to drive revenues from the clients and digital agencies of the region

4. Regularly contact, prospect and develop new communication opportunities with key clients and agency stakeholders across specific industry verticals.

5. Identify situations where media can be used as an agent for social change and foster the right partnerships to support such campaigns

6. Manage clients from initial engagement to campaign completion to re-engagement

7. Develop clear and consistent strategies to achieve the stated business goals and revenue targets

8. Ensure a healthy funnel for the business at any point of time

9. Independently implement the sales plan and maintain and update key business reports

10. Build sectoral knowledge on communication strategies and branded content

1. A professional with at least 10-12 years of media sales experience with a digital platform, with a minimum of 3-4 years experience in core digital branded content sales.

2. Well connected at the highest levels with Brands and Digital Agencies in the region and has been driving and achieving revenue targets consistently.

3. A proven track record of leading and motivating a team of high performing sales professionals.
