Head - Delivery Operations

Job Description :

- Administering timely collection & delivery of orders across Punjab & Harayan Region.

- Driving First Mile (Outbound / Inbound) Logistics Operations encompassing timely pick-up and delivery of orders.

- Creating and implementing SOPs & metrics to monitor Field Associates and Station Team performance for ensuring 100% quality & customer satisfaction.

- Evaluating internal control systems / procedures with a view to highlight the shortcomings and enforcing necessary recommendations for improving on organizational productivity and performance

- Clearing all pick-ups & delivery, connection exceptions within 24 hours.

- Increasing efficiency and effectiveness of processes, setting goals, executing strategy from executives and client on a day-to-day basis with entire metrics and dashboard reporting responsibilities

- Processing and allocating daily work to the team members and checking the member records before processing calculations.

- Publishing ad hoc & other operational reports, directing analytics and management reporting.

- Conduct meetings with Unit Managers and Shift Managers periodically to discuss issues related to delivery operations.

- Liaising with Technical teams on upgradation of Delivery application. Provide feedbacks after testing the new application. Also, provide ideas to improve the Application.

- Conduct regular meetings with executives with low performance, guide them to perform better.

- Conducting Monthly R&R for best performers.
