Corporate Sales - Regional Head Position
- Develop Corporate Business in Insurance, Either on Employee Benefits Side or on Other Insurances Incl. Liability & Life Insurance as well.
- Recruit a Team of Sales Professionals from Industry (About 3),
- Develop Niche Insurance Products for Specific Industries based on the Industry requirement,
- Train the Team with the Interpersonal & Sales Skills / Techniques,- also provide training on various Industry Products
- Develop Newer Markets with Newer Products & Sales
- Maximise Revenue by Negotiating with the Service Providers, Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term

- Ability to work in high pressure- environment- Insurance sales is target driven and the Candidate must be able to thrive under stress and help his team cope with it too,
- Ability to Multitask- The candidate must be able to prioritise and handle multiple work responsibilities simultaneously,-
- Industry Knowledge- Candidate needs to be well versed with product knowledge and industry trends in order to do consultative selling.
