Job Description of Regional Head - Corporate Sales (South / North/ West) :
Work Location : New Delhi/Mumbai / Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad
Job duties & Responsibilities :
- This role will be supporting corporate sales head in building corporate business and drive revenue targets for the respective region/s.
- The individual will be responsible to ensure expected profitability target from acquired corporate client.
- Will be accountable to drive all corporate engagement initiatives, client servicing & maintain client relationships.
- Individual will be responsible to establish IHO as a key healthcare partner for wellness diagnostic programs delivery through strategic partnerships with insurance companies and NBFC or other corporate tie-ups.
- Act as Region Head to provide initiatives- partnering with hospitals, diagnostic centres, physicians & clinics and other strategic alliances network management.
Knowledge Skills & Experience :
- 6 to 10 years experience with relevant industries like insurance / healthcare/ wellness companies.
- Proven track record in meeting corporate sales & Business development targets & in strategic planning & execution.
- Master's degree in management from premier institutes - Preferred.
- Must have managed budgets and P&Ls for respective region/s
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills with proven ability to close deals.
- Effective communicator with relationship building and interpersonal skills
- An independent thinker with the conviction and entrepreneurial spirit to manage the regional in rapidly changing environment would be an asset.
Salary range: 15 - 20 LPA
