Regional Head - Corporate Sales - Health Insurance/TPA

The incumbent would be responsible for business development of the region by strategizing and improving growth of the vertical.

Building strong relationships with Corporates, Brokers, Partners and related business entities.

He / She would be responsible to establish contacts with decision makers, Acquisition of New Corporates / SME's for New Business Development / Client Servicing in the region and maintain relationship and generate revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop a growth strategy focused on top line.

- Conduct Market survey to identify potential clients.

- Conduct business meeting with prospective clients.

- Achieving New business development target.

- Achieving Cross-selling & upselling target from existing clients

- Negotiation for TPA fee finalization.

- Build strong connect with all stakeholders - Corporates, Insurance Companies and Brokers to acquire new business

- Brand Management and promote services addressing client's objective.

- Maintain records of Sales., Revenue, SLA and list of potential customers.

- Build long term relationship with new and existing clients.

- Follow-up with the insurance/client/corporate for SLA's renewal.

Professional Qualifications & Experience:

Any Graduate; MBA Preferred with minimum 7 years of work experience.

Should have worked with TPA's / Health Insurance Brokers or from General Insurance companies with corporate health insurance sales preferred.

Desired Knowledge and Skills:

- Proven Sales track record.

- Excellent Market knowledge / Network / Intelligence.

- Good in negotiation with client.

- Experience in customer support is added advantage.

- Excellent in PowerPoint in addition to Microsoft office.

- Good in Communication, Coordination & interpersonal Skills.
