Regional Head - Collection & Recovery

We have Very Urgent Opening for the positions of Regional Head - Collection and Recovery NPA , Mumbai with one of the leading Housing Finance Organization.

Job Description:

Only Female Candidates

Bucket Size : 5-15 cr

Location : Thane , Mumbai

Exp: 8-15 yrs

- Accountable for reducing delinquency by flow control and improve recovery rates on the assigned Portfolio.

- Initiate of legal action on problematic customers

- Manage end to end collection process for Home Loan & LAP

- Develop collection agency infrastructure - tele calling and field collection agencies

- Achieve collection target as defined from time to time while ensuring all regulatory guidelines are being adhered to

- Liaison with legal personnel for recovery related issues

- Manage repossession and sale of assets from defaulters

- Work closely with Analytics, Policy and Technology teams to design and implement innovative collection strategies

- Ensure periodic audits of agencies and the in-house processes through the audit team and compliance with processes within the Region

- To support the business on data quality management i.e. improving the quality of customer information available through timely feedback

- Scan the environment and be up to date on emerging trends in the market on collection analytics and build use cases

Skills/qualification required:

- Graduate / MBA

- Analytical Skills

- Strong vendor management experience

- Excellent interpersonal skill

Prior experience:

- Overall Experience in Financial Sector: 8-12 years; Specific Experience in HFC/NBFC with focus on HL/LAP.

- Ability to deliver in high pressure, Team Management, Basic Knowledge of Legalities of SME, Good Networking with Local Authorities
