Job Description:
- Establish key cross-functional relationships with demand-side stakeholder to generate demand.
- Adequate lead flow.
- Leads converting into bookings.
- Ensuring fulfilment of supply-side metrics.
- Hiring and ensuring operations staff in right locations across the region.
- Revenue goals through the fulfillment of services.
- Customer satisfaction metrics: meet NPS, OTA, OTS and reporting goals.
New business development initiatives. Spearhead all development & implementation of :
Growth strategies, specifically:
A. Go-to-market B2B initiatives
B. Corporate sales and BD initiatives
- Adopting and percolating down our mission, vision and core values.
- Goal setting, performance management and meeting annual operating plans.
- Provides timely and accurate reports on the operating condition of the region
Desired Candidate Profile :
- BE / MBA from premier Institute.
- 10 to 15 years of working in a similar role.
- Innovative and capability to come up with out of box ideas.
- Good communication/interpersonal skill
- Good facilitator/coordinator
- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
- Business outcome-driven with a solution mindset
