Regional Head - Branch Ops & Customer Service

A Leading Life Insurance Player is looking for a Regional Head - Branch Operations & Customer Service for their East India Operations.

KRA:

Daily Branch Operations.

- To follow up with sales workforce for outstanding requirements on the proposal forms

- Field Operations HO - For any clarifications relating to underwriting issues

- Renewals - For MIS and data related to Renewal activity

- POS - Follow up on the policies pending for processing

- New Business - Follow up on Data entry, Issuance, Policy bond dispatch and refunds

- Underwriting - For approval on high value logins or any underwriting related issues

- Distribution Operations - Follow up on Advisor codes and Agent exam slots

- Corporate Services - For all issues related to Branch administration

- Finance - Petty cash register updates and vendor payments

- Collection - Follow up on cash registers and other collections related issues

- HR - To provide details of attendance, employee joining and employee exit

- Marketing - To procure brochures and proposal forms

- Complaint Cell - Follow up on pending complaints

- Claims - Follow up on pending claims

- IT - Follow up on issues related to systems

The person will be managing a Team of 30 across East Region & will be based out of Kolkata.

Reporting to - National Head Branch Operations & Customer Service.
