Regional Head - Bancassurance

We are urgently looking for Regional Head Bancassurance for a large Private Bank based in Mumbai.

Job Role

Drive insurance business across Mumbai working with all stakeholders to plan, manage, lead and direct the business focus on the distribution of insurance products to achieve business, revenue and profit targets.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop & execute an overall business plan covering all insurance activities across all channels based on business targets in alignment with Insurance Partners

- Overall responsibility of driving business through Bank branches in the Region.

- Responsible to drive initiatives with the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets

- Design and implement various sales strategies to enhance productivity.

- Ensure high level of customer service orientation and maintaining healthy business standards.

- We are looking at Candidates with strong experience in managing Bancassurance channel
