Regional Head (TN& Kerala) - Alternate Agency Channel

Role and Client :

The role is for a leadership position in the Alternate agency (CBM) model of a leading Life Insurance company.

Client is an upcoming life insurance company part of a financial services conglomerate. The organisation is in the growth phase and looking to expand aggressively across several markets.

About the role :

- People management, recruitment, motivation, coaching and training

- Provide guidance on achieving their target on regular basis, showing career growth, leadership skill

- Morning meeting and daily activity schedule needs to be adhered to

- Performance monitoring of the team from time to time

- Maxing report as given by the company and seniors

- Product knowledge of Life Insurance products is mandatory

- Make sure business is done in a clean manner as per the compliance norms

Candidate Profile:

- Typically a graduate with an MBA

- Geographical know how of the Tamilnadu and Kerala markets

- Langugage proficiency in Tamil and Malayalam would be preffered

- 10 + years of experience

- Good knowledge about the industry, product, concept

- Manage people and deliver as per KRAs

- Good communication skills
