Regional Head - Agri Financials

1. Responsible for Operations and Business development, both for Corporate as well Retail Clients for the state concerned.

2. Sourcing of business in the state with focus on CM business per the defined business target. Endeavour to bring in new potential clients.

3. Add corporate clients, retail clients, traders, etc., to the business vertical and do all efforts to increase sales & revenue with AUM. Maintain cordial business relation with all stakeholders.

4. Ensure proper billing and recovery from the clients on timely basis.

5. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through operational excellence and implementation of SOP, personal rapport and meeting with clients and ensuring to deliver high level of warehouse services, with no customer complaints.

6. Hiring and de-hiring of Warehouses along with its proper business utilization as per available capacity and ensure compliance such as service level agreements, renewals, licenses, accreditations and other related points, etc.

7. Ensure that complete quantity and quality of grains / agro commodity is maintained at each of the warehouses with no cases of complaints related to pilferage, loss of commodity operational failure.

8. Responsible for each of the operational activities and MIS / data of the warehouses such as ATR, DTR, cleaning activities, spraying, timely availability of fumigants and other pesticides, and other items, etc. Also ensure that reports are shared with clients on due date and time.

9. Ensuring 24X7 basis security guards across warehouses and commodity to ensure 100 % security to stock.

10. Training and development of operation staff on all aspect of scientific storage practices. Retention and motivation of staff to ensure best outcome with team work. Also involve himself in related training activities in coordination with employees and HR and also other administrative activities wherever required.

11. Ensure 100 % compliances and timely Action Taken Reports (ATR) of audit and vigilance reports of each and every audit.
