Note :
- Must have team handling experience
- Must have experience in the Mumbai market.
- Must have experience in ABG dept
- Would be handling Maharashtra region
- Spearheading complete business operations and managing the Agri-Business Portfolio especially in Agri-Business industry, achieving sales target in line with business strategy & organizational objectives for assigned region from scratch
- Pivotal in understanding customer requirements, customizing deal as per business needs and driving the same with a team of Relationship Managers; structuring product catering to needs of customers for all non-schematic products
- Identifying, empanelling & managing the channel partners for sourcing new business
- Maintaining good rapport with all the branches in the assigned territory for securing business
- Conducting product training program in all branches to make the branch salesforce familiar with Agri-Business Products
