Position Holder: New TBH

Location: Mumbai

Summary Of the Position:

- Responsible for revenue generation for Western Region. Extremely important to understand the region specific Brands. Should be from an agency client servicing with agency /Brand Marketing background. Also candidates with AFP selling background in niche can be considered.

- Should have the pulse of the market so as to develop new and existing clients for properties.

- The Regional Head will report to the National Head based out of Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generating revenues from the given markets for existing and new clients for NP/AFP/BS & Digital Spike

- Interacting with clients and agencies to sell properties Brand Solutions and AFP’s. Also create opportunities through NBD and creative thinking.

- Laisoning with digital agencies to generate revenues for Digital Spikes

- Monitoring sales team on a daily basis through Sales trackers & Call reports

- Ensuring high levels of efficiency to ensure 100 % achievement

- Coaching team on a regular basis on understanding Brands would make them experts in brand solutions

- Ensuring timely collections from clients

- Tracking business in competition regularly and ensuring high market shares

Functional:

- Good understanding of the market regarding the above responsibilities.

- Creative outlook with an aptitude for sales

Behavioral:

- High curiosity quotient leading to newer opportunities

- Good interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership abilities

Qualification & Experience:

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDBM (Marketing)

Experience: 8-10 years

Preferred Background: Advertising agencies, Radio, TV.
