Regional General Manager - Sales & Marketing - FMCG - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

- Through the relevant sales and marketing networks and team members, ensure the obtaining of knowledge and understanding of market business trends, customer's expectations and current competitive position.

- Drive performance through monthly and quarterly reviews of sales, financial and people progress, monitoring versus plan

- Experience dealing with multiple important stakeholders both within and outside the organization.

- Products & Services Knowledge, Customer Segmentation & Channel Management, Account Strategy & Planning, Customer Relationship Management, Distributor Management, Customer Profitability & Value Chain Understanding , Analytical rigor Measuring & Demonstrating Customer Value, Leading Understanding of Contracts & Contract Management.
