Overview: We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Regional General Manager to lead and oversee the omnichannel operations of our fashion business in India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of retail and e-commerce, coupled with strong leadership skills to drive sales growth, operational excellence, and brand expansion.
Responsibilities -
1. Execute a strategic plan for the region, aligning with the company's overall objectives and targets.
2. Drive sales growth by optimizing both physical store and online channel performance, ensuring seamless integration and customer experience.
3. Lead and mentor a team of Store Managers, E-commerce Managers, and cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
4. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for business development and innovation.
5. Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams to plan and execute effective marketing campaigns, product launches, and inventory management strategies.
6. Monitor and enhance store and online visual merchandising standards to maximize brand presentation and customer engagement.
7. Implement customer-centric initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention across all touchpoints.
8. Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and staff scheduling.
9. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
10. Foster relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors to support regional growth and expansion.
