About our Client - Our client is a well-established leading Multinational FMCG company with global presence. They are a professionally run organization with sound management practices, a vibrant brand and with a commitment to sustainable business. They are headquartered in Gurgaon and are looking for a Regional Financial Controller based in Chennai.

Job Description - Reporting into the Chief Financial Officer, your responsibilities are as below:

- Working closely with the sales and commercial team to lay out long term plans for the business and participate in key commercial decision making

- Ensure Customer and Vendor satisfaction by resolving conflicts and managing their payments and pre & post bills verification

- Formulating budgets for the year and ensuring the business performance is in line with the Company's objectives

- In addition to this would be leading and motivating a team of 5 people in the organisation.

The Successful Candidate - You must be a Chartered Accountant with 10 to 15 years post qualification experience in the business finance area within the manufacturing/FMCG/Telecoms space. You are closely associated in a business support role and have delivered pricing and budgeting strategies for the organization. You must have handled a volume of 700 Cr + turnover and a team of at least 4 people
