Looking for Regional Finance Manager with an reputed client of Wizmatrix which is a leading consumer goods industry.

Criteria - CA Qualified.

Industry Preferred : FMCG / Consumer Durable / Pharma

Designation : Regional Finance Manager

The operations are fully integrated covering all FMCG Profit Centres and Channels (GT, MT & CSD).

The Regional Finance Manager, based at the Regional Offices, is responsible for –

(i) Partnering with the CD/Sales system on customer delight initiatives

(ii) Implementing CD infrastructure & process improvements to deliver our 50/15 vision

(iii) Delivering robust financial processes and hygiene in the front end

(iv) Maintaining effective internal controls over sales/depot operations

(v) Leading initiatives built around opportunities in the areas of simplification, spends effectiveness, process/hygiene excellence and leveraging IT

(vi) VAT compliance and relationship management with local fiscal authorities

He/she is a part of the Regional Leadership Team and participates actively on regional strategy and operations review partnering the Regional Head. He/she reports to the GM – Finance, Sales & CD at the Centre and partners the Regional Manager at the Branch

The following are the key deliverables of the Regional Finance Manager -

Business Partnering

- Ensure delivery of CD Infrastructure for delivering 50/15 growth vision for the region including Customer ROI within acceptable 20-30 band

- Implement the application of EBP tools (OPSO, ROMI, Channel Contribution, CVA) to enhance the effectiveness of trade spends/TTS in the region

- Deliver UVG thro' Effective Business Partnering in region including (a) controlling GTM TTS & other TTS creep thro' enforcement of counterparts; proactive infra consolidation prior to Channel conflict (b) Driving mix improvement in region thru focus on statewide/channel wise profitability © delivering ROMI on regional CD spends on better stores, coverage initiatives

- Leadership role on delivery KPIs of nominated Big Leap CD Finance Projects across the country & Supporting CD Initiatives (ongoing)

- Deliver EBP and EFCR agreed roadmap for the Branch including reorganisation ; transfer to ES and simplification (2012/13)

- Manage costs efficiently in all spheres of Branch operations with a very strong emphasis on budgetary compliance and controls across all branch spends including driving reduction of wasteful indirect

- Robust analytics to steer action within the branch and sharing best practices across regions

- Mitigate losses arising due to business waste by designing appropriate intervention mechanisms and highlighting at appropriate forums

- Co-partner the supply chain colleagues on determining the ‘cost to serve’ various customers/channels and establishing the cost-service tradeoffs.
