Job Description: Reporting to Regional President and functionally to the Global VP (Finance) you will be in charge of:

Providing a financial focus to operating issues:

- This will include planning, budgeting and forecasting

Assuring the integrity of financial information :

- Ensuring that reporting standards are complied with, both statutory and group-wide.

- Provide accurate and timely information to support the filings required for a listed organization such as 10K and 10Q

- Deep hands on experience in US GAAP reporting, Indian GAAP reporting, Sarbanes Oxley testing

- Developing talent and legal liasing:

- Staffing and recruiting, corresponding to the client's culture and ensuring continued skill development of finance professionals

- Tracking active acquisition pipeline, providing strategic direction:

- Tactical and strategic decisions to ensure the organization meets the group set goals

The Successful Candidate :

- As a successful applicant, you should be a Chartered Accountant or equivalent with over 20 years of work experience in manufacturing.

- You should exhibit leadership and cooperative capabilities in all operational finance disciplines. You must have experience dealing with US-GAAP, Indian GAAP, SOX, 10K and 10Q standards.

- You must have hands-on experience managing at least one cross-region major factory transition .

- You should have experience in the entire life cycle of ERP implementation .

- You should possess the ability to work in a matrix organization with dual reporting lines.

- You should be comfortable in a multicultural environment You should be fluent in English and other local languages as may be required
