REGIONAL FINANCE CONTROLLER--

We have an opening for Regional Finance Controller with one of the packaging/manufacturing industry in Mumbai

Qualification:CA

Experience required:13-16 yrs

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Analyzing the MFR’s. Customer interface for new business development & to improve the efficiency of existing accounts.

- Manufacturing interface – Scrap & waste, Operating cost, machine productivity

- Analyzing procurement V/s Budget prices. Highlighting the areas of improvement and deviations if any.

- Planning annual /quarter closing activity and assigning responsibilities to the team member

- Analyzing the performance of the company and comparing it with the previous year/quarter budget.

- Analyzing the costing data and Highlighting the key areas to the management

- Managing risk to budgeted profits. Analyzing Internal audit reports.

- Analyze C form status. Improve tax efficiency & capital productivity

- Organize cost effectiveness programmes.

- Train & motivate the subordinates.

- Meeting timeliness of internal and external reports

- Coordinating with various functional and departmental heads for information availability to close the books of accounts. Building a team and a sustainable organization that can manage the operational aspects of the accounts function.

- Business Partneringrole: To improve profitability.

- New customer bidding: Product price reviews.

- Commercial terms negotiation for contracts.

- Partner with supply chain for driving down the SC function : Productivity and Material Efficiencies.

- Oversee the accounting setup & management info system.

- Responsible for Internal control’s & overall compliances and audit.

- CAPEX evaluation (Capital expenditure )

- WC Management.

- Providing decision support on various areas.
