About our Client: Our client is an International consumer durable company that has a range of cutting edge technology and product range that are highly popular. They are focused on growing their business in India. They have been progressing positively and need a strong Retail sales manager to stimulate and protract the retail growth for India.
Job Description: Reporting into the Sales Head, you will be responsible for:
- Develop leads to new customers through various sources.
- Consult with partners to analyze and understand customer business needs.
- Take accountability for achieving defined revenue targets.
- Responsible for maintaining Salesforce and forecasting.
- Support selling activities in all Consumer Channels.
- Educate the direct sales teams to help them identify new opportunities within their dealers/customers.
The Successful Candidate:
- You will be a post graduate with around 10-15 years of experience in core channel and distribution sales. Prior experience of having worked in FMCG (Karnataka) is mandatory.
- Furthermore, the client is looking for someone with a strong analytical ability and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
